Tasty and spicy meatballs with peas and potatoes, traditional Indian cuisine. The "Aloo Tikki "can be served as a main dish or entree, or perhaps making them smaller as an appetizer for a cocktail.
Ingredients
6-8 medium potatoes
half cup of peas cooked and mashed with a fork
1 tbsp. of ginger fresh grated
1 pepper spicy, chopped
fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tsp. of paprika (sweet or spicy taste)
4 Tbsp. grated bread
2 Tbsp. of curry powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

How to Prepare
The aloo tikki are one of the most famous and widespread dish of Indian cuisine. Its so much popular dish and in India every region and even household population, has its own recipe and method of preparation; and even a fast food chain included them in its menu.
To prepare Aloo Tikki , boil the potatoes in their skins until cooked through; then peel and reduce them to mash with a fork.
Add all the spices to mashed potatoes and stir to mix well.
Prepare meatballs slightly flattened, giving them a medium or small, as they will use as a side dish or snack.
Cook the meatballs in a pan with some hot oil turning them halfway through cooking.
Serve immediately Aloo-Tikki hot.
They can also be served cold with a sauce in Indian cuisine at home, or can be used as a filling for sandwiches.
