How to Make Chicken Korma ?

Chicken Korma is a fairly simple dish to prepare and whose main ingredients is chicken and coconut. The sauce is made of coconut
with  thousand of different spices, which make this an exquisite blend mixture and an explosion of flavors in your mouth.
Recipe:-
Chicken korma (3 servings)
Ingredients
500g chicken breast
1 large onion
1 pepper
1/2 hot pepper
2 creamy natural yoghurt
1 can cream or coconut milk
2 cloves garlic
1 handful of almonds or cashews
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tsp Garam Masala
Oil
salt
The Process-
Clean and chop the chicken into bite. Now salt-pepper and add to it ginger. Mix well, add one of the yogurt and leave to marinate for a few hours.
When the chicken has rested, chopped onion, pepper and garlic to fry over low heat in a saucepan with oil. The original recipe is a kind of Indian vegetable shortening, but I used olive oil.
Once the vegetables are ready, add all remaining spices, hot pepper and chicken pieces. Cook for a couple of minutes over medium-high heat, then add the cream or coconut milk with yogurt second.
Now you must cook over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes, until you see that the sauce has thickened. It may take a few minutes.
Add almonds or cashews and try to correct salt to taste.
You can serve the dish with some basmati rice to complement it.
